James D (JD) is very knowledgeable and knew right away the issue we were having with our AC unit. He was very thorough in diagnosing the problem and was transparent with the equipment he was using as well as the levels he was checking for. He also checked the furnace in the upstairs attic just to make sure that there wasn't any other issues. Pretty much covered everything and narrowed it down to a leak from the outside condenser unit. He offered different options that all provided a solution to the problem which was nice because other companies would be pushing to replace the unit and not offer any other solution. He also provided insight on how to maintain the outdoor/indoor units prior to summer and winter seasons, which are also services offered by Absolute Airflow. I will be a repeat customer when it's time to do a tune-up on our cooling/heating unit in prep for the summer and/or the winter. Thank you again.

Air Conditioning Repair. This Family called in for our Tune Up special and our Technician Scott performed what we like to call a super tune up which is doing heating and cooling service/cleaning. In the end the 10 Year old original builders unit needed some repairs in order to have reliable and efficient cooling.
